Hi, my name is Barbara Ganseman, Sleep Coach and Nutritionist.
I am a certified sleep coach and nutritionist. Over the years, I realised that sleep is as important, if not, more important than food. It seemed that sleep is not taken as serious for overall health. I always look for health solutions without medication and sleep is one of them. With good sleep you are able to solve many health issues such as: weight issues and low energy. With good sleep you have better mood, are able to focus, you are more resilient and decisive.
